- Vida Residences – Dubai Marina ( Emaar)
Even before the launch, this project received a tremendous response with most of the units being sold out on the first few days. Vida Residence is part hotel part residence; the project is located at the site of the current Marina Yacht Club. 5. Hayat Boulevard and Noor Townhouse – Townsquare (Nshama)
Nshama released the phase 2 of the Hayat Boulevard Project which is an apartment development within the Town Square mega development. The project offers studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, with prices starting from AED 378,000 on a 50-50 payment plan. Nshama also released Noor townhouses on a 70-30 payment plan with prices starting from 1,188,888. The project offers 3-4 bedroom townhouses over a 3-year payment plan.
