There’s no doubt that The Villa is a long way from the coast, and in common with many developments in Dubai, it is a car journey anywhere. But that said its proximity to the Emirates Road (E611) and Al Ain Road (E66) mean that driving anywhere is relatively speedy. It’s 24 minutes to Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Mall, 27 to the International Airport, half an hour to Dubai Marina or the Mall of the Emirates, and 1 hour 35 to Abu Dhabi.
There is no public transport here at the moment but ordered taxis based at nearby Arabian Ranches arrive in minutes.
